Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:

  • Item arrives damaged

  • Wrong item received

Non-returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Used items

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
